Though we don’t provide you with testimonials of satisfied patients, we wanted to have this page here to explain why.

As social media plays a greater role in influencing consumer and patient decisions, there’s been a growing concern about the reliability of reviews and testimonials, because their true source isn’t clear. This concern extends to practice websites and print advertising as well. In short, positive reviews and testimonials can be faked or coerced.

To ensure the public is protected from such fraudulent practices, the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO), which regulates our profession, restricts the use of testimonials in advertising.
